10 oz rice noodles
16 oz turkey breast
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
4 Tbsp. shredded ginger
2 Tbsp sunflower butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp curry
4 tbsp. olive oil
Step 1: Start by mincing the onion. Add the oil and onion in one cooking pan and fry them for 3 minutes, then add the ginger and 2 cups of water.
Step 2: Cut the turkey breast and add the pieces to the pan, then add the tomato paste, salt, and curry and let them simmer together for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Once the ramen is cooked, take the meat out, shred it, and place it in the soup.
Step 4: Serve with a little scoop of sunflower butter on top.
