About the Recipe

This recipe is a delicious fusion of flavors, combining tender turkey, savory broth, and noodles in a delightful dance of taste and texture. It's the perfect way to transform turkey into a mouthwatering, comforting, and exciting meal.


  • 10 oz rice noodles

  • 16 oz turkey breast

  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste

  • 4 Tbsp. shredded ginger

  • 1 onion

  • 2 Tbsp sunflower butter

  • 2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp curry

  • 4 tbsp. olive oil


Step 1: Start by mincing the onion. Add the oil and onion in one cooking pan and fry them for 3 minutes, then add the ginger and 2 cups of water.

Step 2: Cut the turkey breast and add the pieces to the pan, then add the tomato paste, salt, and curry and let them simmer together for 20 minutes.

Step 3: Once the ramen is cooked, take the meat out, shred it, and place it in the soup.

Step 4: Serve with a little scoop of sunflower butter on top.
