Sweet vanilla pairs beautifully with wholesome ingredients rolled up into bite-sized balls of pure energy. They're like your snack-time sidekick, ready to tackle any craving.
1/2 cup quinoa flakes
3 Tbsp. date syrup
5-6 drops of vanilla extract
1/2 cup blended pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
Step 1: Start by smashing the banana and add it to one bowl together with the syrup, quinoa flakes, vanilla extract, oats, and pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
Step 2 Roll together into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Step 3: Place in the refrigerator to keep for up to 10 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
