2 oz your favorite protein powder
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
4 Tbsp. coconut oil (solid at room temperature)
3 Tbsp. quinoa flakes or ground quinoa
5 drops vanilla extract
Step 1: Take one deep bowl and mix it all together.
Step 2: You can use a baking pan or foil, where you should pour the mixture and form a flat square.
Step 3: Place the mixture in the freezer and let it chill for 1 hour.
Step 4: Cut the bars into rectangles or squares once you remove them from the freezer. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days or freezer for up to 3 months.
