About the Recipe

Meet your new go-to energy boosters: Nut-Free Quinoa Protein Bars! These bad boys are like a powerhouse of goodness without the nuts. They're like little bites of fuel to keep you going strong, whether you're hitting the gym or just conquering your day.


  • 2 oz your favorite protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 4 Tbsp. coconut oil (solid at room temperature)

  • 3 Tbsp. quinoa flakes or ground quinoa

  • 5 drops vanilla extract


Step 1: Take one deep bowl and mix it all together.

Step 2: You can use a baking pan or foil, where you should pour the mixture and form a flat square.

Step 3: Place the mixture in the freezer and let it chill for 1 hour.

Step 4: Cut the bars into rectangles or squares once you remove them from the freezer. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days or freezer for up to 3 months.
