1 cup rolled oats
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup dark sugar cane sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 cup cut dates
3 Tbsp. coconut oil
3-4 drops of vanilla extract
Step 1: Place the coconut oil, sugar, and maple syrup in one deep microwave bowl for 1 minute.
Step 2: Stir the well together and add the rolled oats, rice cereals, cut dates, and vanilla extract. Mix them well.
Step 3: Place aluminum foil or wax paper inside one square pan. Pour the mixture over and flatten it with the help of a spoon.
Step 4: Cool the mixture for 2-3 hours, then cut the bars. Enjoy right away, or you can save them for later. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or freezer for up to 3 months.
