1 1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup broccoli
1 cup rice milk
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. paprika spice
1/2 tsp. garlic spice
1/2 tsp. curry spice
1/2 tsp. salt
Step 1: Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Mix them with the quinoa and 1 cup of water.
Step 2: Place them in a casserole dish or Dutch oven and bake them for 15 minutes at 375F.
Step 3: Separately mix the rice milk, nutritional yeast, spices, and salt. Carefully remove the dish with quinoa from the oven, and pour the mixture over.
Step 4: Bake for 15 more minutes and let it cool a little before serving.
