About the Recipe

Meet a dessert option that breaks all the rules. It's super easy to prepare, nutrient-dense (shh!) and can double as a nutritious snack too. Once you try making this dessert, you'll look forward to making it again and again.


  • 2 avocados

  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 tsp. stevia powder

  • 5-7 vanilla drops


Step 1

  • For this recipe, you will need cooked quinoa. Cook it in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.

Step 2

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until united.

Step 3

  • Serve the mousse in bowls and enjoy.
