Ingredients
2 avocados
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1 tsp. maple syrup
5-7 vanilla extract drops
Preparation
Step 1: For this recipe, you'll need cooked quinoa. Boil on low in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Place cooked quinoa with all other ingredients (except avocado pits) in a blender or food processor. Blend well.
Step 3: Serve mousse in bowls. Enjoy warm or chill for 1 hour before serving.
