Ingredients
2 avocados
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1 tsp. stevia powder
5-7 vanilla drops
Preparation
Step 1
For this recipe, you will need cooked quinoa. Cook it in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until united.
Step 3
Serve the mousse in bowls and enjoy.
