About the Recipe
Millet is a versatile, ancient grain with a unique twist to our pudding recipe. Naturally gluten-free and packed with essential nutrients, millet takes on a fluffy texture in contrast to the creaminess of the pudding. It's not only delicious, but it's also an excellent source of fiber, protein, and various minerals.
1 cup millet
2 cups rice milk or oat milk
4 Tbsp. maple syrup
6 drops vanilla extract
Step 1: Cook the millet with the milk for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Step 2: Once it is cooked, blend together with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3: You can serve this recipe in mini bowls.
