Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flakes
4 oz vegan butter
4 oz gluten-free flour
4 oz brown sugar cane
5-7 drops vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup flax seed water
Preparation
Step 1: Mix the butter and sugar, add the flax seed water, and continue mixing.
Step 2: Add the dried ingredients: coconut flakes, flour, and baking powder.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 350F, and place one baking paper on the pan.
Step 4: Take one ice cream scoop and form balls with it. Place them on the baking pan. Bake the cookies for 18-20 minutes.
