Choco Berry Cupcakes are delicious treats that combine rich chocolate flavors with sweet and tangy fresh berries. The real star is the burst of juicy berries hidden within every bite that leaves your taste buds dancing with joy.
Ingredients
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar cane
1/2 cup sunflower oil
4-5 drops of vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup mixed berries
Preparation
Step 1: Take one deep bowl and place all ingredients inside. Mix them well.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 375F. Take cupcake molds and fill them 2/3 of the total size.
Step 3: Bake the cupcakes for 18-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy after they cool for 10 minutes.
