About the Recipe
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar cane
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 cup sunflower oil
4-5 drops vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Take a mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together.
Preheat oven to 375F. Fill cupcake molds 2/3 of the total size.
Bake the cupcakes for 23-25 minutes. Let cool before eating.
