Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cocoa

  • 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar cane

  • 1/3 cup applesauce

  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil

  • 4-5 drops vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Preparation

Step 1

  • Take a mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together.


Step 2

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Fill cupcake molds 2/3 of the total size.


Step 3

  • Bake the cupcakes for 23-25 minutes. Let cool before eating.
