Finding a delicious hummus made without sesame or chickpeas seems impossible, right? Try this recipe and you may disagree! The texture and taste will surprise and delight you, all while providing a nutritious and tasty alternative to sesame and chickpea hummus.

Ingredients
1 zucchini
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. 100% sunflower butter or pumpkin seed butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika spice
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into small pieces and place them in a baking pan together with the garlic cloves. Sprinkle little salt and pepper and bake them for 20 minutes at 375F.
Step 2
Transfer the zucchini and garlic to the food processor and add the sunflower/pumpkin seed butter, the rest of the salt, paprika spice, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Blend together and serve with your favorite snacks.
