Ingredients
1 zucchini
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. 100% sunflower or pumpkin butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika spice
Preparation
Step 1: Cut the zucchini into small pieces and place them in a baking pan with the garlic cloves. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and bake them for 20 minutes at 375F.
Step 2: Transfer the zucchini and garlic to the food processor and add the sunflower/pumpkin seed butter, salt, paprika spice, and lemon juice.
Step 3: Blend and serve with your favorite snacks.
