Ripened Roma tomatoes are marinated in garlic, basil, and olive oil, all piled high on crusty, golden slices. It's a burst of freshness in every bite and is a classic Italian starter that's simple yet oh-so-satisfying.
4 pc. gluten-free, egg-free bread
2 red tomatoes
1 garlic clove
10 black olives
2 Tbsp. olive oil
pinch of salt
Step 1: Spray or spread olive oil on the bread and bake them in a toaster or oven.
Step 2: Cut the tomato into tiny pieces, mince the garlic and olives, and mix together. Add a little salt and mix once again.
Step 3: Place tomato mixture on every piece of bread, serve, and enjoy.
