About the Recipe
This recipe mixes savory with sweet for an awesome complement. The potatoes are roasted to golden perfection, while the salsa adds a bit of tang. Whether as a side or a tasty snack, it's a surefire accompaniment for any occasion.
3 cups of baby potatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil spice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup tomato salsa
1 tsp. maple syrup
pinch of black pepper
Cut potatoes in half. Add potatoes with olive oil, oregano, basil and a little salt in a bowl. Mix well and transfer to a baking pan.
Preheat the oven to 350F and bake potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
Mix tomato salsa with maple syrup, salt and black pepper.
One the potatoes are baked, you can serve them with a small bowl of sauce for dipping.
