About the Recipe



  • 1 pack 2.3oz -100% corn tortilla chips

  • 20 black olives

  • 3 sour green pepper

  • 2oz vegan cheddar cheese

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/4 onion

  • 1/2 lemon

  • pinch of salt


Step 1

In one deep bowl, smash the avocado, add minced onion, a little salt, and lemon juice. Mix them together well.

Step 2

Cut the olives and peppers into circles, and shred the cheese.

Step 3

Place the tortilla chips in a heatproof dish; on top add the guacamole, olives, peppers, and shredded cheese.

Step 4

Place the dish in the oven at 380F and bake it for 5 minutes. Let it chill a little before serving.
