About the Recipe



  • 100% corn tortilla chips (enough to cover a thick layer on a sheet pan)

  • 1 cup (handful) black olives

  • 1 cup (handful) chopped green peppers

  • 2 oz cheese (vegan cheese optional)

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1/2 lime squeezed or 8 drops lime juice

  • pinch of salt


Step 1

  • In one deep bowl, smash the avocado, add minced onion, salt and lime juice. Mix together well.

Step 2

  • Cut olives and peppers into circles, and add cheese.

Step 3

  • Spread the tortilla chips across a sheet pan. Add the guacamole, olives, peppers and shredded cheese.

Step 4

  • Place the sheet pan in the oven at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Let it chill a little before serving.
